Hello people. I’ve finally finished all the papers and everything and I can finally enjoy being back home in the Bahamas. We don’t go to the beach this time of year because it’s too cold. I just thought I would take a break from enjoying the Christmas and say ‘hi’. It’s 2 am and I’m thinking about heading over to Bay Street to see whats left of Junkanoo. This is our annual street festival. Think Carnival and Mardi Gras and you’re in the right ball park. I have issues with what the powers that be are doing to it, but for the drums it can not be beat. (hah a pun!) I’m tired as hell but I’ll drag my sorry rass over there to see what I may be missing. Sleep will come tomorrow.
