Family in town
What is going on in the Atlantic? Hurricanes galore! I know in the Pacific, they always have a second alphabet soup of names ready because they usually have that abundance of cyclones. But hurricane Alpha in the Atlantic? This is crazy. Is it global warming or is it just a naturally recurring cycle. What is the signal-to-noise ratio here? Thankfully my family made it through ok. That is to say that the Bahamas wasn’t hit. But isn’t that a terribly myoptic, selfish thing to say? How many died in the Yucatan, and I’m only concerned about my home country… I guess it is a human thing to say…
