Summer semester
Summer semester is definitely more difficult than I had first imagined. 18 hours of lecture a week is nothing to sneeze at. In fact I think that is more lecture hours than I had during the fall / winter course. It is really compressed learning. It is physically impossible to actually do all of the readings, and most of the profs recognize that.
But the sun is shining again in toronto! I was thinking of putting up some “missing” posters around town, You know, “missing: summer. If found please tell him that he is missed.” If I can get away with calling a season a he. I was though beginning to think that Canada is the land of eternal cold. :0)
I’m turning commenting off on the blogs. I am so sick of deleting spammers ads. The latest culpret scattered about 30 ads throughout the maze of my site. And it takes time to go through and get rid of all of that crud. If you want to say something in response to something I have said, just send me a message and I’ll put it where it needs to be. You will also find a mail link on the home page. I’ll probably formalize that stuff later and pretty it up on the site. But for right now, school is dominating my time…
And I do have some plans for the website. A navigational redesign and a lot more content. I wish there were more hours in the day, but until school is done, I’m stuck reading history books… later.
