Last blog of November
Hello people,
November is over. December is here. So much to do… I’m starting to feel a little overwhelmed… Got my second grade back for english… after many a sleepless night over the essay, I got a B. Despite the time that I put into it, apparently my treatment was “cursory”. Which means it was “rapidly and often superficially performed or produced”. Thank you Websters dictionary. Nice to know that I rank well. So I’ve been a bit depressed for the afternoon.
I sent my poems off to two anthologies this afternoon. One is The Caribbean Writer. The other is a third world revolutionary type of compilation. I hope I make it.
I have two poems that are pending publishing in Nassau, but they are both tied to the College of the Bahamas. And that means they could come out this year, or next century… So when the Caribbean Writer asks if I have ever been published, the answer is no. For right now. But by the time the thing comes out, the answer may change. Who knows really?
Does York have a gorgeous girl policy? Do they actively recruit beautiful women? Damn, this campus is crawling with super-models! Fashion U : York!
Well thats the last word for November! And peace to all the anti-Bush protesters in Ottawa this week. Sorry I couldn’t make it. 6:15 to catch the bus was a little early for me, and I have exams and stuff. I’m there with you though! Solidarity!! Arrest Bush for War-Crimes!!! Yeah!
